  • Designed interior office layout and produced construction documents of a warehouse renovation for General Datatech (50,000 GSF) extending the footprint of the campus along the Stemmons Corridor
  • Developed schematic layouts and final construction documents for the General Datatech Network Operations Center remodel (3,222 GSF)

  • Involved in construction administration and LLED documentation for the General Datatech
  • Converted an old GE manufacturing plant into a 70,900 GSF office showroom facility known as sixtyfivehundred which was the runner upin the category of adaptive reuse by the Stemmons Corridor Business Association in 2011
  • Prepared design development documents for Twin Hills Studio Loft mixed-use live|work space
  • Developed construction documents for 15900 Preston Road Office (11,500 GSF) responding to the natural habitat provided by the McKamy Branch Creek
  • Converted abandoned restaurant into Kemp Crossing Retail Center (12,550 GSF) in Wichita Falls

  • Converted five abandoned warehouses into unified, leasable offices (85,200 GSF) known as the Mockingbird Depot Project – produced and coordinated construction documents
  • Selected finishes and completed construction documents for the Galleria Crossing Fitness Center and parking garage addition
  • Produced and coordinated construction documents for CEC Trade School in Dallas
  • Organized interior layout for Brousseau + Associates Law Firm

  • Louisiana Chair Competition sponsored by YA|YA, Inc. (1999) received juror’s choice award for metal frame “biker chair” which was displayed at the New Orleans African American Museum

Dallas Theological Seminary (2003) Masters of Cross Cultural Ministries

  • 2002 Triquetra Sculpture designed and built a model based on the triquetra for the school plaza and met with board of director’s chairperson to discuss the installment on the DTS campus

  • 1998 Received the Mary Moffett Award for outstanding graphics on thesis
  • 1998 Achieved Director’s List for maintaining a 3.5 grade point average in three consecutive fifth year architectural studios
